DecoArt's Glow-in-the-Dark Medium may be used alone or with acrylic paints to add luminescence to crafts and stenciled designs. Exposure to light will add luminescence to most surfaces and can be recharged for continuous glow. Also great for decorative painting highlights. This product can be use on wood, papier maché, walls, decorative Halloween costumes, glass, ceramics, candles, Styrofoam, and poster board. Soap and water cleanup. Non-toxic and water based.
